-   ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS  -

For new Clients, an application must be completed.  These are available onsite. 

 

Clients, current and new, need to bring the following on each visit:

  1. Photo ID: Drivers’ License or State ID

  2. Proof of residency:

    • A current utility bill in the name of a member of the household
      or

    • Piece of mail postmarked within 60 days

-   PROXY PICK-UP  -

Once you are registered with the Build-A-Bridge Community Pantry, if you are physically unable to get to the pantry to pick up your food during our normal service hours, you may send someone in your place – a Proxy. If you are not able to get to the Pantry to register, please contact us for assistance.

Your Proxy needs to bring in their own photo ID along with a signed Proxy form for the current year with their name listed as your Proxy.
